2025 Reservations

Starting on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, we will begin our reservation process for next year.

We will take names from 3/5 through 3/8 in the office and via email. There will be a drawing and if your name is selected you will be notified on March 12th. The drawing will be held offsite, by an outside party.

Please... no phone calls regarding your status if your reservation is drawn you will be notified. You will automatically be put on the waiting list otherwise. Any duplicate entries will VOID your request. Reservations for January, February, and March will require a 1 week minimum. Reservations in January will begin on January 2nd or later. Reservations in March will begin March 3rd or later. For people in the resort... please fill out a reservation form & for emails I will need your name, dates, type of vehicle and size, slide out information, how many people in the party, and if you have pets, how many, and also your cell phone number.

The rates for the upcoming season will be:

Daily

$85.00 interior (based on up to 4 people)

105.00 riverfront

Monthly

$2020.00 (based on up to 2 people)

$2615.00 rivertront

• All rates are subject to sales & tourist tax
• Monthly rates are based on a 30-day month
• Cancellations for our winter season (December through April)

If cancelled 90 days or more - you will receive your deposit back, minus a 20% service fee.... if cancelled 45-90 days prior to your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be returned.... less than 45 days, you will forfeit your deposit. *NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your arrival is delayed for any reason... you are still responsible for the days, you reserved.

Deposits will be deducted on your last month, if you leave earlier than your reservation states - you will forfeit your deposit.

All cancellations must be in writing, whether it be by email or by text.
