Winter Reservation Information 2026
2026 Reservations
We will be doing things differently this year.
*Our 2025 returning customers will have a first chance of making reservations for the following year. We will take reservations on March 6th & March 7th in the office (11-2) on the phone, or by text only. We will start with monthly reservations only.
January reservations will start on January 2nd, if you are arriving in February, it will be February 2nd, and March will either be the 3rd or 4th. I will have to see how many people pick February and then determine which day your reservation will start.
Remember.... we are closed on Sundays. Monday through Saturday check in is 12-5 pm.
Please have cards filled out ahead of time, confirmations will be handed out the following week. There is always a chance I still could have more people requesting, than sites available.
**For new customers or returning customers that are less then a month - the date will be March 11th only and strictly by email.... the email is listed at the bottom of this page. You can put in your requests, and either you will be called, or put on our waiting list. Please no phone calls, texts, or emails regarding your status... I am just one person! You will be contacted prior to March 14th if you have a reservation.
I will need your name, dates, type of vehicle and size, slide out information, how many people in the party, and if you have pets, how many, and also your cell phone number.
The rates for the upcoming season will be:
Daily
$85.00 interior (based on up to 4 people)
105.00 riverfront
Monthly
$2020.00 (based on up to 2 people)
$2615.00 riverfront
- All rates are subject to sales & tourist tax
- Monthly rates are based on a 30-day month
- Cancellations for our winter season (December through April)
If cancelled 90 days or more - you will receive your deposit back, minus a 20% service fee.... if cancelled 45-90 days prior to your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be returned.... less than 45 days, you will forfeit your deposit. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
If your arrival is delayed for any reason... you are still responsible for the days, you reserved.
Deposits will be deducted on your last month, if you leave earlier than your reservation states - you will forfeit your deposit.
All cancellations must be in writing, whether it be by email or by text.
